It saddens us to announce the retirement of Dr Stuart Evans. Stuart has been a dental practitioner for 46 years and an integral part of North Sydney Dental Practice for over 20 years.
Here is a personal message he wanted to share with his loyal and valued patients:
“It has been an honour, privilege and great pleasure to provide clinical care in dentistry and I thank you for your support and the wonderful friendships that have developed during the course of my professional career. Special thanks to those of you who have travelled large distances and invested so much time and trust in my ability to help you.
The protocols and methodology employed at North Sydney Dental Practice will ensure the highest level of personalised treatment for all patients, ranging from routine hygiene maintenance and general dentistry (fillings, crowns, veneers, whitening) to orthodontic, smile enhancement, implant rehabilitation, and even dermal fillers to complement facial aesthetics.
I would recommend all clinicians to you for future dental care and suggest that all our friendly and well informed receptionists are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding future appointments and clinicians.
All dental records, treatment plans, medical history etc. are retained within the practice. I will assist in providing a seamless transition for you to the clinicians who will provide ongoing dental care in accordance with your individual treatment needs.
I would like also to thank you all for the loyalty and confidence offered to me over the years and encourage you to extend the same support to the clinicians to whom I have referred.
